This Lead Purchase Policy & Terms of Sale governs your purchase of exclusive, verified, and pre-qualified leads (“Leads”) from ClientsGateway.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
You will receive exclusive and verified Leads that match the type and criteria specified in your offer or campaign.
All Leads are delivered in real time or as otherwise agreed.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
You waive any right to charge back or reverse your purchase with your credit card processor, payment provider, or bank.
This policy exists due to the upfront investments made by our brand partners and the advertising costs incurred in generating Leads.
While all Leads are pre-qualified and verified to the best of our ability, occasional errors or fraudulent submissions may occur.
If any Leads are proven to be hoax, fake, or clearly invalid, ClientsGateway may, at its discretion, provide a replacement Lead.
Replacements, if granted, will be the sole remedy available.
Discount Offer: If you choose to pay by ACH or wire transfer instead of credit/debit card, you will receive one free Lead.
No returns or refunds are accepted.
Limited exchanges may be granted within 7 days of delivery, subject to ClientsGateway’s review.
Exceptions may apply and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If the total gross ad spend reaches or exceeds the agreed campaign fee, ClientsGateway may discontinue the campaign.
In such an event:
This cap is in place to manage financial risks and ensure cost-efficiency for both parties.
ClientsGateway reserves the right to suspend or terminate delivery if misuse, fraud, or abusive practices are detected.
This includes attempts to bypass systems, resell Leads without authorization, or engage in chargeback fraud.
ClientsGateway does not guarantee conversion, revenue, or success from any Lead.
Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement of invalid Leads, if applicable.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with venue in Wyoming.
You waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
We may update this policy from time to time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Continued purchases after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
